He developed his career working with Italian Directors in several movies, in particular with Pupi Avati. He also made a number of film castings in Emilia Romagna, among these the Federico Fellini’s “La Voce della Luna” .
He joyned the activity of Ipotesi Cinema; an institution coordinated by Ermanno Olmi to train young authors.
As an author and film director, he produced numerous documentaries, editorial productions and other works for television programs.
As regard as art direction, his first documentary: “Cappello da Marinaio” (A Sailor Hat) has been chosen for competitions in a number of European Festivals: among these, it is notable the one of Clermont Ferrand. In 1993, he completed the work: “Quasi un anno”, (Hardly a year), a TV movie produced by relevant institutions such as Ipotesi Cinema and RAI1 .
