Mazara del Vallo, the Italian point that leans towards Africa, is a city that still exudes its long history of relations between the two coasts of the Mediterranean. Against the backdrop of this border place, two trips are intertwined for chapters: The days of hard fishing in the middle of the Sicilian Channel on the fishing boat Prassitele and the dances and songs of a group of kids, mostly Tunisians, engaged to set up a play.
