Synopsis

"Sulla rotta del Duca" is a Uisp -- Provincial Committee of Modena production, produced with the patronage and contribution of the Cassa di Risparmio di Modena Foundation, the Cassa di Risparmio di Mirandola Foundation, the Emilia Romagna Region, the Province of Modena, the Municipalities of Modena, Bastiglia, Bomporto, Camposanto, Finale Emilia. The project has received the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities -- Superintendence for the Historical, Artistic and Ethno-anthropological Heritage of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Starting from the heart of Modena, the Ducal Palace, for the realization of the DVD the troupe descended from Albareto, Bastiglia, Bomporto, passing through the "Panaro Riviera", with its ancient villas, to continue to Camposanto, Finale Emilia through the waterways of the ancient river navigation. We then reached Bondeno, an ancient crossroads of waters, at the confluence with the Great Po River and home to the most important Burana Reclamation plants, to continue along the right Po to Pontelagoscuro, on the outskirts of Ferrara, arriving at the Estense Castle, in the city center.

The documentary was born from an idea of Stefano Caselli. Marcello Barbati, Carlo Battelli, who directed the event, Davide Cuoghi and Patrik Ferri took part in the excursion.
