Synopsis

The figure of Odoardo Focherini, from Carpi, who did his utmost to save the lives of hundreds of Jews persecuted by racist laws, and died in the Hersbruck concentration camp in 1944. The documentary travels to the places of Focherini's detention and death: Fossoli, Bolzano, Flossenburg, and tells of his future sainthood.
