Silvio. Art emigrant

Silvio Saura, thirty years old in the ZERO years, emigrated to Spain to follow his passion as a journalist and contemporary art critic.

We interview him in Madrid while he works between vernissages and night openings in the galleries of the homeland of artistic nightlife.

He too, like many other young people of his generation, was forced to emigrate from Italy so as not to have to "die of fame" for 300 euros a month in a museum or gallery in some Italian city.

The Italian employment situation, even in the cultural heritage sector, is devastating: how many, like him, will have to decide to go and seek their fortune abroad?
